I had a crack in the front windshield of my Ram, and went with Roscoe Glass through my insurance company to replace the glass. It was 1hr+ away from where I live but decided to go with them based on their reviews, and they did not disappoint. I anticipated a repair time around 1 hour and planned to wait, but they informed me that a windshield replacement also involves an ADAS recalibration (for cameras/sensors), which takes a bit longer than I planned for. Knowing that I didn't have another option but to wait, they were kind enough to prioritize my repair and shuttle me over to a local coffee shop where I was able to work from my laptop while they completed the repair. Always a pleasure to rely on a company with great customer service that takes pride in what they do.

We needed to replace a shower door for our masterbath. Within a week they came out to measure and prepare a quote. The pricing was great. About 2 weeks after we accepted the quote, our door came in. Tina worked with our insurance company to make the changes needed for the claim, and the replacement was completed by them the next day. Absolutely great to work with and hassle free, perfect replacement with one appointment!
