I had a crack in the front windshield of my Ram, and went with Roscoe Glass through my insurance company to replace the glass. It was 1hr+ away from where I live but decided to go with them based on their reviews, and they did not disappoint. I anticipated a repair time around 1 hour and planned to wait, but they informed me that a windshield replacement also involves an ADAS recalibration (for cameras/sensors), which takes a bit longer than I planned for. Knowing that I didn't have another option but to wait, they were kind enough to prioritize my repair and shuttle me over to a local coffee shop where I was able to work from my laptop while they completed the repair. Always a pleasure to rely on a company with great customer service that takes pride in what they do.

We needed to replace a shower door for our masterbath. Within a week they came out to measure and prepare a quote. The pricing was great. About 2 weeks after we accepted the quote, our door came in.
